At campdecor.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your camping gear, outdoor equipment, travel accessories, and adventure products purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, our exchange policy is designed to provide you with a quick and easy solution for all your outdoor needs.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  3. Request: Email us at support@campdecor.store or use the Contact Us form. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Camping gear, outdoor equipment, and travel accessories that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
  • Unopened and unused products such as tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, cookware, lanterns, survival tools, and other adventure gear (following the above requirements).

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly.
    For other exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will send you a replacement item of your choice or provide store credit, whichever you prefer.
  • Products not in their original condition or requests made after the 5-day window are not eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Used gear, items damaged after delivery, or missing original parts/tags.
  • Personalized or custom-made products, opened consumable items (such as fuel canisters or water purification tablets), or clearance/sale items.
